摘 要:研究以植物油为增塑剂通过双螺杆挤出机制备热塑性淀粉的方法,分析了挤出螺杆扭矩、热塑性淀粉黏度等技术指标,考察了植物油/淀粉质量比、植物油种类、加工温度对热塑性淀粉黏性的影响;将制备的热塑性淀粉和聚乳酸共混造粒,考察热塑性淀粉/聚乳酸质量比对共混材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、弯曲强度的影响,并对共混材料进行DTA/DTG测试,观察其热性能。In this paper,the preparation method of thermoplastic starch by twin-screw extruder with vegetable oil as plasticizer was studied.The technical indexes such as screw torque and viscosity of thermoplastic starch were analyzed.The effects of the mass ratio of vegetable oil to starch,the type of vegetable oil and processing temperature on the viscosity of thermoplastic starch were investigated.The effects of the mass ratio of thermoplastic starch to PLA on the tensile strength,elongation at break and bending strength of the blends were investigated.The thermal properties of the blends were observed by DTA/DTG.
