头颅局部亚低温与依达拉奉治疗脑出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的浅析脑出血患者使用透露局部亚低温联合依达拉奉治疗的应用效果。方法囊括我院2016年6月~2019年2月在右江民族医学院附属医院进行脑出血治疗的患者68例,依据双盲法将其分为参照组与治疗组,各34例,参照组进行常规治疗,治疗组施以头颅局部亚低温联合依达拉奉治疗,就患者的治疗效果进行组间比对。结果治疗组患者神经功能恢复趋势显著高于参照组,且并发症发生概率均低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑出血患者采取头颅局部亚低温联合依达拉奉治疗,可有效促进患者神经功能康复,降低患者的并发症发生概率,从而提升患者的生命质量。Objective:To analyse the effect of revealing local mild hypothermia combined with edaravone in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Including 68 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in affiliated hospital of Youjiang medical college for nationalities from June 2016 to February 2019,according to double-blind method,they were divided into control group and treatment group,34 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the treatment group received mild hypothermia combined with edaravone,and the therapeutic effect of the patients was compared between groups.Results:The recovery trend of nerve function in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was low,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intracerebral hemorrhage patients treated with mild hypothermia combined with edaravone can effectively promote the rehabilitation of neurological function,reduce the probability of complications,and thus improve the quality of life of patients.
