摘  要:目的:对黑枸杞中分离的10株内生真菌进行种属的分类鉴定,为研究10株内生真菌的初级和次级代谢产物奠定基础。方法:本实验采用组织块分离法从药用植物黑枸杞中分离出10株内生真菌,使用光学显微镜对菌株形态进行观察,并对其rDNAITS(ITS1-5.8S-ITS2)基因序列进行直接克隆测序分析。结果:综合形态学和序列分析结果,将获得的10株内生真菌中的7株鉴定为鬼伞属(Coprinellus radians),1株鉴定为绿色木霉(Trichoderma),1株鉴定为血红红曲霉(Monascus sanguineus),1株鉴定为灰黄青霉(Penicillium)。结论:本文首次对黑枸杞中大部分的内生真菌做出详细的鉴定与分析。Objective:to explore the classification and identification of 10 endophytes isolated from Lycium barbarum,and lay a foundation for the study of primary and secondary metabolites of 10 endophytes.Methods:in this experiment,10 endophytic fungi were isolated from the medicinal plant Lycium barbarum by the method of tissue block separation.The morphology of the strains was observed by optical microscope,and the rDNAITS(its1-5.8s-its2)gene sequence was directly cloned and sequenced.Results:7 strains of 10 endophytes were identified as Coprinellus radians,1 as Trichoderma,1 as Monascus sanguineus and 1 as Penicillium.Conclusion:This is the first time to identify and analyze the endophytic fungi in wolfberry.
