摘　　要：DOPS是一种在临床真实医疗情境中用来评估临床学员进行操作行技能的能力评估工具。这个工具不但可以在工作中对学员的实际临床表现进行评估,而且也可以提高教师临床教学的成效。DOPS is a capability assessment tool used to assess the skills of clinical students in performing operations in clinical real-life situations. This tool not only can assess the actual clinical performance of the students at work, but also improve the effectiveness of the teacher’s clinical teaching.
