供给侧改革视域下西部高校高层次人才集聚路径研究

摘　　要：习近平主席高度重视人才和人才工作,在不同场合多次提出了一系列新思想、新观点、新论断和新要求。经济的发展必然需要人才的支撑,但西部的人才密度、结构层次等均无法满足区域经济发展的需求。从供给侧改革视域下对高校高层次人才流动成因进行分析,提出多措并举是西部高校引才聚才的必然手段,优化环境是西部高校育才留才的有效保障。President Xi Jinping attaches great importance to talent and talent work,and has put forward a series of new ideas,new viewpoints,new judgments and new requirements on various occasions.The development of economy necessarily needs the support of talents,but the talent density and structure level in the west can not meet the needs of regional economic development.From the perspective of supply-side reform,this paper analyses the causes of the flow of high-level talents in colleges and universities,and puts forward that multi-measures are the necessary means of attracting talents and gathering talents in western colleges and universities.Optimizing the environment is an effective guarantee for the retention of talents in western colleges and universities.
