摘 要:目的探讨护士岗位管理对聘用合同护士工作投入的影响。方法本院于2016年对合同制护理人员实施岗位垂直管理,并在实施岗位管理前后对聘用合同护理人员进行问卷调查,比较岗位管理前后护士工作投入水平、满意度、离职率、护理质量的差异。结果聘用合同护士的工作投入总分、合同护士满意度、患者满意度、跌倒坠床发生率、合同护士离职率及考试合格率、护理工作基本检测指标合格率、护理工作重点检测指标合格率、患者安全目标达标率在岗位管理实施前后差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论护士岗位管理的实施,打破了以往的身份限制和论资排辈,充分调动了聘用合同护士的工作积极性,提高了聘用合同护士的工作投入度及满意度,保障了护理工作质量。Objective To explore the practice and effect of job management of contracted nurses. Methods To implement vertical management of contracted nurses in 2016,Questionnaire survey was conducted among nurses in hospital to compare the difference between the job involvement and Satisfaction before and after the nurse post management. Results The difference before and after the post management,including the level of job involvement,contracted nurses satisfaction,patient satisfaction,dropping occurrence rate,contract nurse’ s resignation rate and examination pass rate,nursing work basic test index qualification rate,nursing work key test index qualification rate,patient safety target qualification rate in the post management of the contracted nurses,was statistically significant( P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nurse post management broke the previous identity management and seniority. Fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the employment of contract nurses,increased the job involvement and satisfaction of contract nurses,and ensured the quality of nursing work.
