摘 要:研究了峭度和谱峭度对轴承性能的测试技术,设计了对新轴承的性能测试方法,利用一台试验机同时对两个轴承进行对比试验.利用经验模态分解(EMD)对信号进行降噪处理,通过对比两个轴承振动信号的峭度值对其性能进行初步判断,针对峭度值异常的信号再进行谱峭度分析,定位导致峭度值异常的频带范围.试验结果表明:在振动峰值和有效值正常的情况下,峭度和谱峭度可以有效的检测出轴承的异常,为铁路轴承的出厂质量评价提供了一种切实可行的方法.The kurtosis and spectral kurtosis test technology for bearing performance are studied,and the new bearing performance test method is presented by using one test machine conducting two bearing comparison tests.The empirical mode decomposition(EMD)is used for signal noise reduction,and the performance of the bearing initial judgment is conducted by comparing kurtosis value of the two bearing vibration signal.Repeated analysisis done for abnormal kurtosis value signal to determine the cause of the abnormal kurtosis frequency range.The results show that in the peak and RMS vibration normal circumstances,kurtosis and spectral kurtosis can effectively detect abnormal bearing,which provides a feasible method for quality assessment of railway bearing factory.
