三阶段激励护理方案对淋巴瘤患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨三阶段激励护理方案对淋巴瘤患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月在某三甲医院血液科化疗的淋巴瘤患者60例,随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者在化疗的同时给予常规护理,观察组患者在化疗的同时给予常规护理加三阶段激励护理方案。结果化疗后,观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。化疗后,观察组患者欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生活质量调查量表各功能领域相关因子评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论三阶段激励护理方案能明显改善淋巴瘤患者焦虑、抑郁情绪和提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of three-stage stimulating nursing program on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with lymphoma.Methods A total of 60 patients with lymphoma in oncology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were recruited for our study.These patients were randomly selected for the control group or the observation group,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,whereas those in the observation group were treated with three-stage stimulating nursing program together with routine nursing.Results After chemotherapy,the anxiety score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the depression score was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Scores of factors related to the function of European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30 in the observation group were significantly higher those that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Three-stage stimulating nursing program can significantly alleviate the anxiety and depression in patients with lymphoma,as well as improve quality of life.
