摘  要:该研究采用96 h化学品藻类生长抑制实验方法考察了丁香醛、香草醛和对羟基苯丙酸3种酚类衍生化合物对铜绿微囊藻的急性毒理作用。结果表明,丁香醛、香草醛和对羟基苯丙酸对铜绿微囊藻的生长均有不同程度的抑制作用,96 h-EC50分别为48.9、517.12和230.4 mg/L;其中,对羟基苯丙酸表现出明显的低促高抑现象;3种物质对铜绿微囊藻的可溶性蛋白和光合色素含量影响与藻细胞浓度影响结果呈正相关;ROS与MDA含量随着酚类衍生物的浓度增大而增加。由此可见,3种物质中,丁香醛对铜绿微囊藻的毒性效应相对最大,香草醛相对最小。3种酚类衍生物对铜绿微囊藻产生了膜脂过氧化损伤,并对其光合色素和蛋白质合成过程产生影响,从而影响铜绿微囊藻的生理功能。The acute toxicological effects of three representative phenolic derivatives on Microcystis aeruginosa were studied.Syringaldehyde,vanillin and P-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid showed different degrees of inhibition on the growth of M.aeruginosa and their 96 h-EC50 values for M.aeruginosa were 48.9 mg/L,517.12 mg/L and 230.4 mg/L respectively.The soluble protein content was promoted in the presence of low concentrations of P-hydroxyphenylpropionic(100 mg/L),but was inhibited by high level(150 mg/L).The contents of soluble protein and photosynthetic pigment were positively correlated with cell concentrations.MDA(malondialdehyde)and ROS increased with the increase of phenolic compounds concentration.Therefore,among the three phenolic derivatives,syringaldehyde is the most toxic and vanillin is the least.The result indicated that syringaldehyde,vanillin and P-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid with high concentrations can inhibit the growth of M.aeruginosa with membrane lipid peroxidation and the hindering of photosynthesis process as well as the synthesis of soluble protein.
