摘 要:立井井筒垂直度检测是井筒变形监测的重要内容,但目前的激光铅垂仪难以满足深井检测需求。通过改造激光指向仪,解决了千米深井激光准直基准的长距离投垂问题,并组合利用激光接收装置、激光测距传感器等,研制了基于激光准直的井筒垂直度检测系统,研究并解决了激光光斑边缘提取与中心定位、检测系统的基准校准等关键问题。经工程测试,该检测系统方案可行,相比于双钢丝法的检测偏差可控制在±1 cm以内,而检测时间缩减近50%,能够较好地解决深井井筒垂直度检测难题。Verticality detection of vertical shaft is an important part of shaft deformation monitoring,but the current laser plumb instrument is difficult to meet the needs of deep shaft detection.By modifying the laser pointing instrument,the problem of long distance drop of laser collimation datum in a kilometer deep well is solved.And a shaft verticality detection system based on laser collimation is developed by combining laser receiving device,laser ranging sensor,etc.The key problems of laser spot edge extraction,center location and reference calibration of detection system are studied and solved.The project test shows that the scheme of the detection system is feasible.Compared with the double steel wire method,the detection deviation can be controlled within±1 cm,and the detection time can be reduced by nearly 50%.So,the system can solve the problem of vertical detection of deep shaft.
