数字减影血管造影灌注成像技术在子宫疾病栓塞治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的对比分析术前、术后子宫病变区DSA灌注成像各参数的变化情况,评价介入栓塞术治疗的效果.方法选取20例子宫疾病患者,进行子宫动脉栓塞术.每位患者术前、术后均进行DSA灌注成像,获得病变区术前、术后DSA灌注成像时间密度曲线(TDC)参数;其次将20例患者随机分为2组,采集术前病变区2组DSA灌注成像TDC参数,然后利用配对t检验及独立样本t检验分别进行统计学分析.以P<0.05为有统计学差异.结果术前2组患者DSA灌注成像各参数之间无统计学差异(P>0.05).术前、术后病变区DSA灌注成像TDC各参数变化明显,有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论子宫疾病介入栓塞术前、术后各组DSA灌注参数变化显著,客观反映了病灶血液供应的变化,能够作为子宫疾病栓塞效果评价依据.Objective To compare and analyze the changes of DSA perfusion imaging parameters in uterine lesion area before and after operation,to evalute the effect of interventional embolization.Methods Uterine artery em bolization was perlormed in 20 patients with uterine diseases.DSA perfusion imaging was performed in each patient before and after operation,and the time density curve(TDC)parameters of DSA perfusion imaging were obtained before and after opera tion.Secondly,20 patients were randomly divided into two groups to obtain TDC parameters of DSA perfusion imaging before em bolization.Then paired t-test and independent two-sample t-test were used for statistical analysis.The statistical difference was set at P<0.05.Results There was no significant differ-ence in DSA perfusion imaging parameters between the two groups before embolization(P>0.05).The parameters of TDC of DSA perfusion imaging before and after emboliza tion changed significantly,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of DSA perfusion parameters before and after interventional embolization of uterine diseases are significant,which objectively reflects the changes of blood supply of the lesions and can be used as a basis for evaluating the em bolization effect of uterine diseases.
