摘　　要：传统上对肿瘤区域淋巴结进行清扫或照射,以期阻断转移;然而,肿瘤转移机理和免疫治疗的深入研究正在颠覆上述理念。区域淋巴结在肿瘤免疫循环中有不可或缺的作用,必须得到保护。初步的研究表明,保护区域淋巴结不降低疗效且会减轻损伤。如何科学处理非转移区域淋巴结,在精准打击肿瘤的同时又能保护免疫功能是值得思考的问题。Traditionally,tumor-draining lymph nodes( TDLN) are dissected or irradiated in order to block metastasis;However,progress in study of tumor metastasis mechanisms and immunotherapy is overturning above concepts. Regional lymph nodes play a non-substitutable role in tumor immune cycle and must be protected. Preliminary studies have shown that protecting regional lymph nodes does not decrease treatment efficacy and reduces injuries. How to deal with regional non-metastatic lymph nodes in a rational and proper way and protect the immune function while treating the tumor accurately is a question worth thinking deeply.
