摘　　要：对汽车车身飯金件开发的项目管理及规范标准进行了阐述,介绍了各项目阶段关键内容进行必要地标准化控制,使冲压项目开发过程的规范化、标准化可提高冲压项目过程质量、压缩项目开发周期、成本在一定意义上得到管控。本标准规范是结合现场对比总结以及参考其它一流企业而完善得到的。In this paper,the project management and standard of the development of automobile body sheet metal parts are described,and the key content of each project stage is introduced to cany out necessary standardization control,so that the normalization and standardization of the development process of stamping project can improve the process quality of stamping project,compress the development cycle and cost of the project to a certain extent.This standard is based on the comparison and summaiy of the site and reference to other first-class enterprises.
