摘  要:对于几何形状比较复杂的塑件实现随形冷却是工业生产中的一个难题。以游戏手柄外壳为研究对象,建立了与塑件几何外形相吻合的随形冷却水道,并采用边界元的方法在MoldFlow环境下进行冷却效果分析,并与传统直线型冷却进行对比。最后,提出了采用3D打印与熔模铸造相结合的方法实现随形冷却注射模的快速制造。It s a difficult problem to employ conformal cooling for plastic parts with complex geometrical shape.Taking game handle shell for example,conformal cooling channels which were confoimity with the geometry shape of plastic part were built in this paper.Boundary element method was introduced to analyze the cooling effect of conformal cooling in MoldFlow,and also,the effect was compared with the effect of traditional linear cooling.Finally,a kind of method that combining 3D printing and investment casting was present to achieve the rapid manufacturing of injection mold with conformal cooling.
