用超声乳化吸除术联合折叠人工晶体植入术对101例高龄白内障患者进行治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析用超声乳化吸除术联合折叠人工晶体植入术对101例高龄白内障患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2017年7月至2018年6月期间在江苏省扬州市江都人民医院就诊的101例(共113只患眼)高龄白内障患者为研究对象。对这101例患者均采用超声乳化吸除术联合折叠人工晶体植入术进行治疗,观察其术后视力的改善情况、术中及术后并发症的发生情况。结果:术后次日,在这101例患者的113只患眼中,有6眼的视力<0.05,有24眼的视力为0.05~0.25,有63眼的视力为0.3~0.5,有20眼的视力为0.6~1.0,有6眼的视力不理想。这101例患者的脱盲率为94.7%,脱残率为73.5%。术中有2眼出现晶状体后囊膜破裂,在进行及时的处理后顺利为其植入人工晶体。术后次日,有27眼发生角膜水肿,用局部滴皮质类固醇激素眼液的方法治疗1周后,其症状完全消退。结论:用超声乳化吸除术联合折叠人工晶体植入术对高龄白内障患者进行治疗安全可靠,术后其视力的改善效果令人满意。objective:to analyze the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with foldable intraocular lens implantation on 101 elderly cataract patients.Methods:101 elderly cataract patients(113 eyes in total)who were admitted to jiangdu people’s hospital in yangzhou city,jiangsu province from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as subjects.All 101 patients were treated with phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation,and the improvement of postoperative visual acuity,intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed.Results:on the second day after surgery,113 of the 101 patients had poor visual acuity in 6 eyes,24 eyes had visual acuity in 0.05~0.25,63 eyes had visual acuity in 0.3~0.5,20 eyes had visual acuity in 0.6~1.0,and 6 eyes had poor visual acuity.In these 101 patients,the rate of unblinding was 94.7%and the rate of unblinding was 73.5%.Intraoperatively,posterior capsular rupture occurred in two eyes,and the intraocular lens was successfully implanted after timely treatment.The next day,27 eyes developed corneal edema.After 1 week of treatment with topical corticosteroid eye drops,the symptoms completely subsided.Conclusion:phacoemulsification combined with foldable intraocular lens implantation is safe and reliable in the treatment of senile cataract patients.
