摘　　要：目的:探讨为急性脑梗死患者使用奥拉西坦胶囊联合宁心益智胶囊进行治疗对其认知功能的影响。方法:将2017年1月至2018年10月期间眉山市中医医院收治的80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。为对照组患者使用奥拉西坦胶囊进行治疗,为观察组患者使用奥拉西坦胶囊联合宁心益智胶囊进行治疗。然后观察两组患者蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)的评分及发生不良反应的情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的MoCA评分高于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗期间,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:为急性脑梗死患者使用奥拉西坦胶囊联合宁心益智胶囊进行治疗可提高其认知功能,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of olacitan capsule combined with ningxin yizhi capsule on cognitive function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to meishan traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with oracitan capsules,and the observation group was treated with oracitan capsules combined with ningxin yizhi capsules.Then the scores of the Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)and the adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were observed.Results:after treatment,the MoCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was,P>0.05.Conclusion:olacitan capsule combined with ningxin yizhi capsule can improve the cognitive function of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
