摘 要:目的运用Meta分析的方法定量评价PBL结合TBL教学法在国内医学基础课程教学中的应用效果。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、Pubmed中有关PBL结合TBL教学法在国内医学基础课程教学中应用的文献,末次检索时间为2019年1月。按照纳入与排除标准筛选文章,提取资料和评价纳入研究的方法学质量后,采用RevMan 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7篇文献,共包括552例病例和680例对照。Meta分析结果显示,实验组学生考试成绩显著优于对照组[SMD=1.38,95%CI(0.59,2.17),P=0.0006],其差异有统计学意义。结论与传统教学法比较,PBL结合TBL教学法可以显著提高国内学生医学基础课程的考试成绩。Objective The application effect of PBL combined with TBL in the teaching of basic medical courses in China was quantitatively evaluated by meta analysis.Methods The last retrieval was in January 2019,when the documents about the application of PBL combined with TBL teaching method in the teaching of basic medical courses in China were searched by computer from CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database and PubMed.After selecting articles according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracting data and evaluating the methodological quality of the inclusion study,we used Revman 5.3 statistical software for meta analysis.Results A total of 7 articles were included,including 552 cases in the experimental group and 680 cases in the control group.Meta-analysis showed that the theoretical scores of the students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,respectively[SMD=1.38,95%CI(0.59,2.17),P=0.0006].The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,PBL combined with TBL teaching method can significantly improve the examination results of basic medical courses of domestic students.[Keyword]traditional teaching method;problem-based learning;teambased learning;basic medical curriculum;meta-analysis;systematic reviews。
