摘 要:目的探究以临床手术为导向的局部解剖学探究式教学的临床教学效果。方法选择学校2017年入学的82名临床医学专业学生作为研究对象,分成观察组和对照组,每组学生人数均为41人。其中观察组学生采用以临床手术为导向的局部解剖学探究式教学,对照组学生采用常规的局部解剖学教学。比较两组学生的教学效果、教学满意度以及考核成绩。结果观察组的教学效果为95.12%,对照组的教学效果为60.98%,观察组教学效果高于对照组。观察组教学满意度为97.56%,对照组教学满意度为65.85%,观察组教学满意度高于对照组。在理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩以及总成绩方面,观察组的成绩均高于对照组,差异显著。结论以临床手术为导向的局部解剖学探究式教学临床教学效果显著,值得进一步研究发展。Objective To explore the clinical teaching effect of exploratory teaching of local anatomy guided by clinical operation.Methods Eightytwo students of local anatomy enrolled in a Medical University in 2017 were selected as the study subjects and divided into observation group and control group.The number of students in each group was 41.The observation group students used the inquiry teaching of local anatomy guided by clinical operation,while the control group students used the routine teaching of local anatomy.The teaching effect,teaching satisfaction and assessment results of the two groups were compared.Results The teaching effect of the observation group was 95.12%,and that of the control group was 60.98%.The teaching effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 97.56%,and that of the control group was 65.85%.The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.In terms of theoretical,practical and total results,the results of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant.Conclution The inquiry teaching of local anatomy guided by clinical operation has a remarkable effect and deserves further research and development.
