摘 要:目的探讨全科医学教育实现可持续发展的实施策略。方法对本校2017级100例全科医学本科生进行研究,采用数字表随机法,分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用常规教学,观察组采用互动式教学,对比两组教学成果。结果教学前,两组考核成绩无明显差异,P>0.05;教学后,两组考核成绩均高于教学前,且观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组各项理论及知识掌握情况均优于对照组,职业兴趣、职业信念、职业规划比例均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论互动式教学在全科医学教育中能取得良好的效果,有利于加强对疾病知识的了解,提高医务人员的应变能力,从而保证医学服务质量,预后良好。Objective To explore the implementation strategy of achieving sustainable development in general medical education.Methods 100 college undergraduate students in the 2017 school were studied.The digital table randomization method was used to divide 50 cases into observation group and control group.The control group used routine teaching,and the observation group used interactive teaching to compare the two groups of teaching results.Results Before the teaching,there was no significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05.After the teaching,the scores of the two groups were higher than before the teaching,and the observation group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.The theory and knowledge of the observation group were better than the control group,and the occupational interest,professional belief,and occupational planning ratio were higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Interactive teaching can achieve good results in general medical education,which is conducive to strengthening the understanding of disease knowledge and improving the resilience of medical staff,so as to ensure the quality of medical services and good prognosis.
