年轻型缺血性脑血管病的特点及病因分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析年轻型缺血性脑血管病的特点及病因。方法选取医院(在2018年1月—2019年2月)收治的43例年轻型缺血性脑血管病患者(作为实验组),再选取医院同期搜集的43例健康体检者作为对照组。结果实验组年轻型缺血性脑血管病患者的男性发病率显著高于女性(P<0.05),实验组年轻型缺血性脑血管病患者的主要发病因素有:(1)经常吸烟;(2)经常酗酒;(3)患有高血压病史;(4)患有糖尿病病史;实验组年轻型缺血性脑血管病患者的吸烟所占比、酗酒所占比、患有高血压病史所占比、患有糖尿病病史所占比显著高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组年轻型缺血性脑血管病患者的颈动脉内中膜厚度、斑块检出率以及血脂水平与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年轻型缺血性脑血管病的特点为:男性患者发病率显著高于女性患者。Objective To observe and analyze the characteristics and etiology of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in younger age.Methods 43 young patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital(from January 2018 to February 2019)were selected as the experimental group,and 43 healthy subjects collected in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Results The incidence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in young age group was significantly higher in males than in females(P<0.05).The main pathogenic factors of young patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in the experimental group were:(1)frequent smoking;(2)frequent alcohol abuse;(3)have a history of hypertension;(4)a history of diabetes;Experimental group light of ischemic cerebrovascular disease of smoking than than,have high blood pressure,alcohol accounts for a history of more than,history of diabetes significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),the experimental group light ischemic cerebrovascular disease of carotid artery intima-media thickness,plaque detection rate,and blood lipid levels compared with the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The characteristics of young ischemic cerebrovascular disease are:the incidence of male patients is significantly higher than that of female patients.
