摘　　要：目的分析贫血及营养不良对晚期子宫内膜癌患者紫杉醇+顺铂(TP)化疗方案效果的影响。方法回顾性分析2015年1月—2017年1月期间在医院接受治疗的86例晚期子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料,化疗前贫血患者有22例,记为贫血组,无贫血患者64例,记为非贫血组,营养不良患者有26例,记为营养不良组,无营养不良患者有60例,记为非营养不良组。比较贫血组、非贫血组,营养不良组、非营养不良组化疗总有效率。结果非贫血组化疗总有效率显著高于贫血组(P<0.05);非营养不良组化疗总有效率显著高于营养不良组(P<0.05)。结论贫血及营养不良将对晚期子宫内膜癌患者TP化疗方案效果造成负面影响,在临床上需采取针对性处理方式,纠正贫血与营养不良状态。Objective To analyze the effect of anemia and malnutrition on paclitaxel plus cisplatin(TP)chemotherapy regimen in patients with advanced endometrial cancer.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with advanced endometrial cancer treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Before chemotherapy,22 patients with anemia were recorded as anemia group,64 patients without anemia were recorded as non-anemia group,26 patients with malnutrition were recorded as malnutrition group,60 patients without malnutrition were recorded as non-malnutrition group.The total effective rate of chemotherapy in anemia group,non-anemia group,malnutrition group and non-malnutrition group was compared.Results The total effective rate of chemotherapy in non-anemia group was significantly higher than that in anemia group(P<0.05),and that in non-malnutrition group was significantly higher than that in malnutrition group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anemia and malnutrition will have a negative impact on the efficacy of TP chemotherapy in patients with advanced endometrial cancer.It is necessary to adopt targeted treatment in clinical practice to correct anemia and malnutrition.
