摘 要:目的探究疼痛学临床操作教学中CBE教学法的应用效果。方法选定疼痛科病房临床实习护生52例,研究时段自2017年1月-2018年2月,按照教学方法不同进行分组,分为对照组(26例,传统教学方法)、试验组(26例,CBE教学方法),对教学情况及资料进行回顾性分析,比较实习成绩和学习满意度情况。结果试验组笔试成绩、实操成绩均较对照组高,P <0.05;试验组实习生在兴趣激发、自主学习能力调动、团队沟通、知识运用方面满意度分别为96.15%、100.00%、96.15%、100.00%,显著较对照组73.08%、84.62%、69.23%、80.77%高,P <0.05。结论在疼痛学临床操作教学中,CBE模式可弥补传统教学弊端,帮助学生更好地掌握理论知识,提高实操技能,提升其综合素质,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the application effect of CBE method in clinical teaching of pain. Methods From January 2017 to February 2018, 52 clinical practice nursing students in pain department ward were divided into control group(26 cases, traditional teaching method) and experimental group(26 cases, CBE teaching method) according to different teaching methods. The teaching situation and data were analyzed retrospectively, and the results of practice and learning satisfaction were compared. Results The results of written test and practical exercise in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The interns in the experimental group were 96.15%, 100.00%, 96.15% and 100.00% respectively in terms of interest stimulation, autonomous learning ability mobilization, team communication and knowledge application, which were significantly higher than 73.08%, 84.62%, 69.23% and 80.77% in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the teaching of clinical operation of pain medicine, CBE mode can make up for the disadvantages of traditional teaching and help students better master theoretical knowledge, improve practical skills and improve their comprehensive quality, which is worthy of reference.
