摘 要:目的研究COOC线上教学平台的学习情况以及分析学习效果的影响因素,为线上教学平台更加稳定的提升学习效果提供科学依据和措施建议。方法对重庆某高校2013-2016级开设《病案信息管理》课程的所有本科生进行研究,对该课程的COOC平台线上学习数据及期末考试卷面成绩进行统计分析,所有资料用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果4年间共有5个班212名学生学习了《病案信息管理》课程,期末卷面成绩为53~96分,平均成绩(72.07±8.63)分,COOC线上学习时长为:0~31.08小时,平均时长4.43小时。使用过COOC平台的同学该门课程期末卷面平均成绩高于未使用过的(Z值=-4.788,P<0.001);影响线上学习效果的主要因素有练习知识点数和学习知识点个数。结论线上和线下相结合的混合教学有助于提升教学效果,对学生学习知识点数和练习知识点数做一定要求能有效提升学习效果。Objective To study the learning situation of COOC online teaching platform and analyze the influencing factors of learning effect,so as to provide scientific basis and measures for the more stable improvement of learning effect of online teaching platform.Methods All undergraduates who graduated from a university in Chongqing from 2016 to 2019 and offered the course medical record information management were studied.The COOC platform online learning data and final examination scores of the course were statistically analyzed.All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.Results A total of 212 students in five classes studied the course of medical record information management in the past four years.The final paper scores were 53~96 points,with an average score of(72.07±8.63)points.The COOC online learning duration was 0-31.08 hours,with an average duration of 4.43 hours.For students who have used COOC platform,the average score of the final paper of this course is higher than that of those who have not used it(Z=-4.788,P<0.001).The main factors that affect the effect of online learning include the number of practice knowledge points and the number of knowledge points.Conclusion The combination of online and offline teaching is helpful to improve the teaching effect,and the requirement of students’learning knowledge points and practicing knowledge points can effectively improve the learning effect.
