综合医院肿瘤科实施轮转住院医师教学的思考

摘　　要：近年来,随着发病率及死亡率的不断提高,恶性肿瘤已逐渐成为威胁国人健康的重要公共卫生问题。住院医师规范化培训是提高我国整体医疗水平的重要举措。综合性医院肿瘤内科在轮转住院医师的肿瘤学教育中承担主要职责。然而,目前教学实践中所存在的诸多问题影响了轮转住院医师肿瘤学教学质量的进一步提升。通过对综合性医院肿瘤内科在住院医师规范化培训教学中的现状与问题进行梳理,瑞金医院肿瘤科拟从教学模式、临床思维培养、肿瘤精准治疗理念及人文关怀等方面开展探索并提出解决方案,以期加强轮转医师肿瘤学教育质量,进而为改善我国肿瘤诊治现状提供帮助。In recent years, the incidence and mortality of malignant diseases are increasing continuously. It has become one of the most important public health issues which threats citizens’ health in China. Standardized residency training program is an important way to improve healthcare quality of our whole country. Department of Medical Oncology in general hospital is responsible for the education of medical oncology of residency trainees. However, several problems in current educational practices impede further improvement of educational quality. In order to elevate the equality of training, we aim to expound the problems of current status, and try to provide the solutions from the perspective of teaching model, training of clinical thinking, concept of precision medicine and humanistic care, which will help improving treatment of cancer in China.
