双侧颈淋巴清扫术治疗口腔颌面部癌效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨双侧颈淋巴清扫术对口腔颌面部癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群及IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月我院收治的口腔颌面部癌患者104例,按照数字表将其随机分为两组,对照组应用化疗治疗,研究组在其基础上对应手术治疗。结果研究组疗效高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组CD3^+高于对照组,CD4^+以及CD4^+/CD8^+均高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组IL-6高于对照组,TNF-α高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在对口腔颌面部癌患者治疗过程中,采用手术治疗可以降低患者炎症因子水平,降低对患者免疫功能的损伤。Objective To investigate the effects of bilateral neck dissection on T lymphocyte subsets, IL-6 and TNF-α levels in patients with oral and maxillofacial cancer. Methods A total of 104 patients with oral and maxillofacial cancer admitted to our hospital from January in 2017 to December in 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table. The control group was treated with chemotherapy, and the research group was based on surgical treatment. Results The efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The CD3^+ of the study group was higher than that of the control group, CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ were higher than the control group(P < 0.05). The IL-6 of the study group was higher than the control group, TNF-α is higher than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with oral and maxillofacial cancer, surgical treatment can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and reduce the damage of immune function of patients.
