摘　　要：分析卓越农林人才融入区域发展培养的新机遇,卓越农林人才融入区域发展培养内生机制,提出培养卓越农林人才融入区域发展的新途径。以政府服务为指导,搭建校企合作平台,以创业教育为支撑,优化本科培养方案,以实践育人为核心,完善质量保障体系。在政产学研合作的模式下,实现资源共享与信息交流,更好地培养卓越的农林人才。This paper analyzes the new opportunities for excellent agricultural and forestry talents to integrate into regional development and cultivation,and the endogenous mechanism for excellent agricultural and forestry talents to integrate into regional development and cultivation.This paper puts forward a new way to cultivate outstanding agricultural and forestry talents to integrate into regional development,such as taking government services as guidance,building a school enterprise cooperation platform,taking entrepreneurship education as support,optimizing the undergraduate training program,taking practical education as the core,and improving the quality assurance system.Under the mode of cooperation between government,industry,university and research Institute,resource sharing and information exchange are realized to better cultivate outstanding agricultural and forestry talents.
