A型肉毒毒素联合针刺法治疗对痉挛型双瘫患儿功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探索双下肢痉挛型小儿脑瘫的有效方案。方法将120例符合脑性瘫痪诊断的患儿按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各60例,对照组采用按摩疗法、Bobath手法训练,治疗组在对照组基础上给予BTX-A肌肉注射联合针刺治疗。结果2组患儿分别在A型肉毒毒素肌肉注射治疗的1周、2周、1个月应用改良Ashworth分级、GMFM评分及iEMG进行评估,治疗组均优于对照组。结论A型肉毒毒素肌肉注射联合针刺治疗可有效改善双下肢痉挛型小儿脑瘫,且疗程短,见效快。Objective To explore an effective protocol for lower extremity of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 120 children with cerebral palsy diagnosis were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with massage therapy and Bobath technique.The treatment group was given BTX-A on the basis of the control group.Intramuscular injection combined with acupuncture treatment.Results The two groups of children were evaluated by modified Ashworth classification,GMFM score and iEMG at 1 week,2 weeks,and 1 month after intramuscular injection of botulinum toxin type A.The treatment group was superior to the control group Conclusion Intramuscular injection of botulinum toxin type A combined with acupuncture can effectively improve cerebral palsy in children with lower extremity spasm,and the treatment is short and effective.
