摘 要:为设计出一套全面易扩展的无人机协同作战效能评估体系,面向未来无人机协同作战发展趋势以及无人机载荷特点,基于无人机协同作战观察判断决策行动(OODA)决策链,分析无人机协同作战各阶段中的效能影响因素,综合考虑无人机协同感知能力、协同通信能力、协同策划能力、协同组队能力以及协同打击能力,建立了无人机协同作战效能评估指标体系与模型。通过无人机协同作战实例,采用该指标体系对多架无人机协同作战进行了效能评估。结果表明:文中所提出的无人机协同作战指标体系能够有效体现无人机协同作战的协同感知能力和协同攻击能力,能够为指挥决策人员提供合理的无人机协同作战方案配置。According to the developing trend of UAV cooperative operations and the characteristics of UAV payload,a comprehensive and extensible evaluation system and model for UAV cooperative combat effectiveness is devised based on the observation judgment decision making action(OODA)decision chain and the analysis of the factors influencing the effectiveness of UAV cooperative operation in each stage,with the cooperative perception ability,cooperative communication ability,cooperative planning ability,cooperative formation ability and cooperative fighting ability of UAV involved.This index system is practically applied to evaluate the effectiveness of UAV cooperative operation.The results show that the index system proposed in this paper can effectively reflect the cooperative perception ability and cooperative attack ability of UAV cooperative operations,providing a reasonable configuration scheme of UAV cooperative operation for commanders and decision makers.
