摘  要:目的研究对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用。方法Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型的建立是通过注射四氧嘧啶。大鼠分为正常组、模型对照组、阳性对照二甲双胍给药组(200mg/(kg·d))、复方海藻琼脂给药组(200、400、800mg/(kg·d)),观察复方海藻琼脂对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用,并从体重、空腹血糖、口服葡萄糖耐量、摄食量、动物血清中TG、TC、HDL-c、LDL-c、SOD、GSH-Px、MDA的含量等方面考察复方海藻琼脂对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠糖代谢的改善作用。结果在给药4周后,可明显改善大鼠体重下降症状和葡萄糖耐量,降低空腹血糖水平,升高血清中的HDL-c,降低TC、TG和LDL-c水平,提高SOD和GSH-Px的活性,降低肝脏MDA含量。结论复方海藻琼脂能有效降低糖尿病大鼠模型的血糖水平,并对肝脏有一定的保护作用。OBJECTIVE To study the hypoglycemic effect of compound seaweed agar on type 2 diabetic rats.METHODS The model of type 2 diabetic rats was established by injecting alloxan.Rats were divided into normal group,model group,metformin positive control group(200 mg/(kg·d))and compound seaweed agar group(200,400,800 mg/(kg·d)).The effects of compound seaweed agar on glucose metabolism in type 2 diabetic rats were investigated from the aspects of body weight,food intake,fasting blood glucose,oral glucose tolerance and the content of TG,TC,HDL-c,LDL-c,SOD,GSH-Px,MDA in animal serum.RESULTS After four weeks of administration,the symptoms of weight loss and glucose tolerance were significantly improved,fasting blood glucose level was decreased,serum HDL-c was increased,TC,TG and LDL-c levels were decreased,and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were increased.The content of MDA in liver was decreased.CONCLUSION Compound seaweed agar can effectively reduce the blood glucose level of diabetic rat model and has certain protective effect on liver.
