摘  要:丹参具有多种药效活性和良好的安全性,有较高的保健食品开发价值。本文通过对丹参类保健食品的市场调查,综述丹参的主要保健功能和机制;主要研究了辅助降血脂、对化学性肝损伤具有辅助保护作用、祛黄褐斑和缓解体力疲劳4种保健功能的产品中配方药物的应用和丹参的相关保健机制,为开发丹参大健康产品探寻规律。Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma is of high value for development of health food due to its pharmacological activities and good safety.The main health care functions and mechanisms of Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma are reviewed in this paper through market investigation of health food products containing Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizome.The application of pharmaceutical ingredients in four health-care products that has auxiliary hypolipidemic function,protective function against liver injury,and functions of eliminating chloasma and relieving physical fatigue as well as related health care mechanisms of Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma are also studied in this paper,to explore the law for the development of Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma health products.
