摘　　要：炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤(inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor,IMT)是较为少见的良性肿瘤,有一定的局部侵袭性.但较少复发、转移和癌变。IMT主要发生于成年人的肺部,也可见于泌尿生殖系统、胃肠道、乳腺、唾液腺和中枢神经系统,在头颈部以鼻窦和眼眶较为常见,发生于喉部者罕见[1]。我院收治1例喉部IMT患者,现报告如下。Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor(IMT)is a rare spindle neoplasm with malignant potentials of local invasion,recurrence and metastasis.Here,we present an extremely unusual case of the larynx IMT that was recurred three times and transformed into laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
