摘  要:以夏枯草多糖为研究对象,在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面法对夏枯草多糖的微波提取工艺进行优化,测定其抗氧化活性。结果表明,夏枯草多糖的最佳提取条件为:液料比29∶1(mL·g^-1),乙醇体积分数68%,微波功率295W,微波时间8min,在该条件下夏枯草多糖得率为5.28%,与理论值(5.19%)的相对误差为1.73%。在此条件下得到的多糖提取物具有较好体外抗氧化活性,对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子具有不同的清除能力,半数抑制浓度IC50分别为0.58、0.49和1.19mg·mL^-1 。the polysaccharide in prunella vulgaris linn was researched.On the basis of single-factor experiments,response surface methodology(RSM)was used to optimize the microwave extraction of polysaccharide from prunella vulgaris linn,and its antioxidant activity was researched.the results showed that the optimum extraction conditions was as follows:the ratio of raw materials was 29∶1(mL·g^-1),ethanol volume fraction was 68%,microwave power was 295 w,microwave time 8 min,the yield of polysaccharide was 5.28%under the above conditions,and the relative error was 1.73%compared with the theoretical value(5.19%).Polysaccharide of prunella vulgaris linn exhibited obvious DPPH·,·OH and O 2-·scavenging activities,and the corresponding half inhibitory concentration(IC50)was 0.58、0.49and 1.19mg·mL^-1.
