凋亡抑制蛋白Livin及Bcl-2蛋白在骨肉瘤及骨软骨瘤中的表达及两者相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究Livin、Bcl-2在骨软骨瘤和骨肉瘤中的表达情况及两者表达差异,研究骨肉瘤组织中Livin、 Bcl-2表达的相关性。方法应用免疫组化技术检测45例成人骨软骨瘤组织和骨肉瘤组织中Livin与Bcl-2的表达情况,及两者表达的相关性。结果骨肉瘤组织中Livin蛋白阳性率为66.7%(30/45),而骨软骨瘤组织中Livin蛋白阳性率为6%(0/45),两者阳性率的差异具有统计学意义(χ2=45,P<0.01),Livin在骨肉瘤中显著表达。骨肉瘤组织中Bcl-2蛋白的阳性率为62.2%(28/45),骨软骨瘤组织中Bcl-2蛋白的阳性率为2.2%(1/45),两者差异具有统计学意义(χ2=35.046,P<0.01),Bcl-2在骨肉瘤中显著表达。Livin与Bcl-2表达呈正相关关系(r=0.519,P<0.01)。结论 Livin与Bcl-2在人骨肉瘤组织中显著表达;Livin与Bcl-2在骨肉瘤细胞中的表达呈正相关关系。Objective To Explore the expression of Livin and Bcl-2 proteins in osteosarcoma and osteochondroma. To explore the relationship between the expression of Livin protein and Bcl-2 protein in osteosarcoma. Methods The expression of LIVIN and BCL-2 of 45 cases of osteosarcoma and osteochondroma were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results All 45 cases of osteosarcoma expressed LIVIN, the positive expression rate of LIVIN was 66.7%(30/45), LIVIN was expressed in osteosarcoma positively. The positive expression rate of LIVIN was 62.2%(28/45), BCL-2 was expressed in osteosarcoma positively. LIVIN and BCL-2 were positively correlated. Conclusion LIVIN and BCL-2 is significantely expressed in osteosarcoma, the expression of LIVIN and BCL-2 is positively correlated.
