摘  要:子宫内膜异位症是育龄期妇女常见的雌激素依赖性疾病,近年来发病率呈上升趋势,且具有难以治愈、极易复发、可恶变等特点。目前,由于子宫内膜异位症的发病机制仍不明确,该病缺乏长期有效的治疗方法。随着越来越多的学者对子宫内膜异位症发病机制的深入探索,发现其发病机制与人体菌群有着密不可分的关系,菌群能够通过影响人类的发育、代谢和免疫功能来参与子宫内膜异位症的发生和发展。本文就目前子宫内膜异位症和菌群之间的关系作一综述,为子宫内膜异位症的临床诊疗提供参考。Endometriosis is a common estrogen-dependent disease in women of reproductive age, which is characteristic of difficult to cure, easy to relapse and malignant. In recent years, the incidence rate of endometriosis has been increasing. At present, because of the unclear pathogenesis of endometriosis, there is a lack of secular and effective treatment of endometriosis.With the in-depth exploration of the pathogenesis of endometriosis by more and more scholars, many studies have showed that the pathogenesis of endometriosis is associated with human microflora closely, which can participate the development of endometriosis by affecting human growth, metabolism and immune function. This paper reviewed the correlation between microflora and endometriosis, which can provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis.
