摘  要:目的:提出一种科教深度融合的培养生物医学工程专业本科生创新能力的新模式,以提高教育教学质量。方法:利用科研成果反哺课堂教学,将学院学科优势转化为本科生人才培养的资源;进行生物医学工程学科与专业一体化建设,建立创新人才培养的人、财、物稳定保障机制;应用基于项目学习的方法组织第二课堂创新人才培养。结果:经过3 a实践,本科生进实验室开展科研工作、各类比赛获奖和考研人数都不断增加。第三方机构对近年来的毕业生数据分析表明,用人单位对毕业生有较高的满意率。结论:科教深度融合是一种可实际操作的、能够提高学生创新能力的人才培养模式,可以解决科研与教学的矛盾。Objective To propose a new mode of training the undergraduates'innovative ability in biomedical engineering program by integration of university teaching and learning with scientific research so as to enhance teaching quality.Methods Scientific research results were used to feed back classroom teaching,and the academic advantages of the college were transformed into the resources for undergraduate talent training;the integration of biomedical engineering discipline and specialty was carried out,and the human,financial and material stability guarantee mechanism for innovative talent training was established;the method of project-based learning was applied to organizing the second classroom innovative talent training.Results After three years of practice,the number of undergraduates entering the laboratory to carry out scientific research,winning awards in various competitions and taking the postgraduate entrance examination was increasing.The third-party organization's data analysis of recent graduates showed that employers had a high satisfaction rate with graduates.Conclusion The deep integration of scientific research and education is a practical training mode which can improve students'innovation ability and solve the contradiction between scientific research and teaching.
