摘　　要：目的研究强迫症患者强迫信念与临床特征及严重程度的相关性。方法本次研究对象为本院收治的40例强迫症患者(观察组)和40名健康对照者(对照组),通过问卷调查的方式分析强迫信念与临床特征及严重程度的相关性。结果观察组患者的强迫信念各分量表得分和总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);强迫信念总分同病程、强迫思维、强迫行为、强迫症状总分为正相关(P<0.05),ICT同强迫思维得分、强迫症状总分为正相关(P<0.05),并在回归方程中。结论强迫症患者的强迫信念可反映出强迫症状的严重程度,有助于指导临床用药、治疗方案的制定,根据患者症状严重程度实施针对性的治疗方案。Objective To study the correlation between obsessive-compulsive beliefs and clinical characteristics and severity of obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD).Methods 40 patients with obsessivecompulsive disorder(observation group)and 40 healthy controls(control group)were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018.The correlation between obsessive-compulsive belief and clinical characteristics and severity was analyzed by questionnaire.Results The scores and total scores of obsessive-compulsive belief subscales in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total scores of obsessive-compulsive belief were positively correlated with the course of disease,obsessive-compulsive thinking,obsessive-compulsive behavior and obsessivecompulsive symptoms(P<0.05);ICT was positively correlated with the total scores of obsessive-compulsive thinking and obsessivecompulsive symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion The obsessive-compulsive belief of obsessivecompulsive disorder patients can reflect the severity of obsessive-compulsive symptoms,which is helpful to guide the formulation of clinical medication and treatment programs,and implement targeted treatment programs according to the severity of symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder patients.
