摘 要:聚合物纳米微球调驱已在油田得到广泛应用,但其采出液处理鲜有报道。为此系统研究了聚合物纳米微球溶液的基本性质(包括微球粒径、表界面张力和界面扩张模量),考察了纳米微球对采出液中W/O型乳液稳定性的影响和采出水中O/W型乳液稳定性的影响,筛选出具有针对性的破乳剂和絮凝剂。研究结果表明,纳米微球会影响油水界面性质,增强其稳定性从而增强W/O型乳液和采出水中O/W型乳液的稳定性。经筛选发现,最佳破乳剂为以树脂为起始剂的支化嵌段聚醚,最佳絮凝剂为聚铝。该研究为纳米微球调驱采出液的处理提供了借鉴。Polymer nano-sphere control flooding has been widely used in oilfields.However,there are few reports focusing on the treatment of its produced liquid.Therefore,the basic properties of polymer nano-sphere solution,including particle size,surface tension,interface tension and interface dilatation modulus are studied.Then,the effects of nano-spheres on the stability of W/O and O/W emulsion in produced liquid are investigated,so as to select corresponding demulsifier and flocculant.The study results show that the nano-sphere can affect the properties of oil-water interface,and increase its stability and the stability of W/O emulsion in produced liquid and O/W emulsion in produced water.It is also found that the best demulsifier is branched block polyether with resin as the starting agent,and the best flocculant is poly aluminum.This study provides a reference for the treatment of produced liquid from nano-sphere control flooding.
