摘  要:目的建立同时测定瓜蒌宽肠胶囊中厚朴酚、阿魏酸和延胡索乙素3种活性成分含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温为30℃,检测波长为297 nm,进样量为25μL,流动相为乙腈(A)-0.3%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱。外标法定量。结果厚朴酚、阿魏酸和延胡索乙素质量浓度均在0.4~20.0μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为99.05%,99.41%,99.89%,RSD分别为1.77%,1.69%,1.65%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简单,检测速度快,重复性和精密度的结果准确,可用于瓜蒌宽肠胶囊中厚朴酚、阿魏酸和延胡乙素的含量测定。Objective To establish a reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)method for determining the active components of magnolol,ferulic acid and tetrahydropalmatine in Gualou Kuanchang Capsules.Methods The chromatographic column was a Shim-park VP-ODS C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the column temperature was 30℃,the detection wavelength was297 nm,the injection volume was 25μL,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.3%phosphoric acid in water(B),gradient elution.External standard method was selected for quantitative detection.Results The concentrations of magnolol,ferulic acid and tetrahydropalmatine all had good linear relationships with the peak area in the range of 0.4-20.0μg/m L,the average recoveries were99.05%,99.41%,99.89%,respectively,and the RSDs were 1.77%,1.69%,1.65%,respectively(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple in operation,fast in detection speed,accurate in reproducibility and precision,which can be used for the content determination of magnolol,ferulic acid and tetrahydropalmatine in Gualou Kuanchang Capsules.
