摘 要:目的:以动物实验方式探讨内质网应激和心肺复苏(CRP)后脑损伤之间关系。方法:选取健康雄性大鼠,在实验前以及行CRP后,按照时间进行分组,分别在1h、3h、6h、12h以及24h时间进行,每组5只。结果:在CRP后24 h,GRP78、XBP-1、CHOP、caspase 12分别增加1.58倍、1.76倍、2.13倍、2.51倍,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内质网应激和CRP后脑损伤之间关系密切,需要进一步进行研究。Objective:To explore the relationship between endoplasmic reticulum stress and brain injury after cardiopulmonary resuscitation through animal experiment.Methods:We selected healthy male rats,before the experiment and after cardiopulmonary resuscitation,they were divided into groups according to time,5 rats in each group were taken at 1 hour,3 hours,6 hours,12 hours and 24 hours respectively.Results:At 24 hours after CRP,GRP78,XBP-1,CHOP and caspase-12 increased by 1.58,1.76,2.13 and 2.51 times respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoplasmic reticulum stress is closely related to brain injury after cardiopulmonary resuscitation,which needs further study.
