经皮微波消融术与腹腔镜肝癌切除术治疗小肝癌的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较经皮微波消融术和腹腔镜肝癌切除术治疗小肝癌的临床疗效。方法:2014年1月-2018年12月收治小肝癌患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。观察组使用经皮微波消融术治疗;对照组使用腹腔镜肝癌切除术治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,手术时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组,术后肝癌生存质量评分及肝功能各项指标水平均优于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮微波消融术治疗小肝癌临床疗效显著,能有效改善各项肝功能指标水平,减少手术时间及住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,促进患者快速康复。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of percutaneous microwave ablation and laparoscopic hepatectomy in the treatment of small liver cancer.Methods:From January 2014 to December 2018,82 patients with small liver cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 41 cases in each.The observation group was treated with percutaneous microwave ablation,the control group was treated with laparoscopic hepatectomy.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate of the treatment was higher than that of the control group,the operation time and postoperative hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,the quality of life score and liver function index level of postoperative liver cancer were better than those of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous microwave ablation has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of small liver cancer,it can effectively improve the level of liver function indicators,reduce the operation time and hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and promote the rapid recovery of patients.
