摘　　要：目的:探讨血浆丙二醛(MDA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和内皮素(ET)水平对急性胰腺炎(AP)严重程度的诊断价值。方法:2014年5月-2018年4月收治急性胰腺炎患者120例,其中重症急性胰腺炎52例(SAP组),轻型急性胰腺炎68例(MAP组)。比较两组入院时、72 h和1周MDA、CRP和ET水平。结果:SAP组入院时、72 h及1周后均高于MAP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血浆MDA、ET和CRP检测对AP病情严重程度有较高诊断价值。Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of plasma MDA,CRP and ET levels for the severity of acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods:From May 2014 to April 2018,120 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected,including 52 patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP group)and 68 patients with mild acute pancreatitis(MAP group).We compared the levels of MDA,CRP and ET at admission,72 hours and 1 week.Results:At admission,72 hours and 1 week,SAP group was higher than MAP group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of plasma MDA,ET and CRP has a high diagnostic value for the severity of AP.
