摘 要:以纤维增强复合材料格栅板为研究对象,包括不设蒙皮的纯格栅板、设单面蒙皮的格栅加筋板和设双面蒙皮的格栅夹层板。采用不饱和聚酯树脂作为基体材料,玻璃纤维作为增强材料,通过模塑工艺加工成型格栅板。针对该板的受弯性能开展试验研究与数值分析。对按不同方式设置蒙皮的格栅板进行了三点弯和四点弯加载试验,研究其受弯承载力、破坏形态等,结果表明:采用上蒙皮增强纯格栅板,可显著提高试件的抗弯承载力和刚度,并使结构具备良好的延性破坏特征。针对格栅板的受弯性能进行了数值分析,并对比试验结果,验证了有限元模拟的准确性;针对蒙皮厚度、格肋高度、格肋厚度和格肋间距等因素对格栅板受弯性能的影响规律进行了参数分析。The paper aims to prepare a composite grid panel reinforced with glass fibre,including the pure grid panel with no skin,grid-stiffened panel with single skin and sandwich grid panel with double skins.By adopting the molding process,using unsaturated polyester resin as bulk material and glass fibre as reinforcer,the grid panel was manufactured.The flexural behavior of grid panel was investigated through experimental tests and numerical simulations.First of all,under three and four point bending loads,an experimental research was carried out to validate the effectiveness of the panels with different structural enhancement modes for increasing the ultimate bending strength and stiffness.The results showed that the flexural bearing capacity and bending stiffness can be significantly improved by strengthening the pure grid with upper skin,bringing the structure better ductile failure characteristics.Then,the numerical simulation of flexural behavior of the grid panel was conducted.The numerical results showed good agreement with the experimental results.Meanwhile,the effects of skin thickness,rib height,rib thickness and rib spacing on the flexural behavior of grid panel were analyzed.
