摘  要:针对目前高校教育信息化建设科研性低、教育成本投入多的问题,设计一种融合多因子层次覆盖模型的绩效指标体系推进高校教育信息化建设方法。选取高校中绩效指标,引入三维模型,构建融合多因子层次覆盖模型绩效指标体系,从而推进高校教育信息化建设。实例分析结果表明,绩效指标体系推进后的高校教育信息化建设比推进前的科研比重高,并且在教育成本投入上比推进前成本投入少,证明绩效指标体系能够推进高校教育信息化建设。In view of the low proportion of scientific research and high cost in university education,a performance index system fusing the multi⁃factor hierarchical coverage model is designed to promote the university education informationization.The performance indicators in universities is selected and the three⁃dimensional model is brought in to establish a performance indica⁃tor system fusing the multi⁃factor hierarchical coverage model,so as to promote the university education informatization.The re⁃sult of case study shows that the scientific research proportion of university education informatization after the promotion of per⁃formance index system is higher than that before the promotion of performance index system,and the cost of education is lower than that before the promotion of performance index system,which proves that the performance indicator system can promote the university education informatization.
