摘　　要：外照射放射治疗(EBRT)是甲状腺癌的重要治疗手段之一,但是在分化型甲状腺癌治疗中的某些方面仍存在一定争议。随着放疗技术的发展、设备的改进以及精准度的提高,EBRT并发症明显降低。这使得EBRT在甲状腺癌治疗中的地位再次得到重视,治疗适应证也得到拓宽。如何在提高疗效的同时,最大限度保证患者生命质量成为关注的焦点。对于特定病期和病理类型的甲状腺癌,EBRT可能是一种有效的治疗手段。而多学科联合治疗模式的建立,有望使更多的患者获益。External beam radiotherapy(EBRT)is one of the important treatment of thyroid cancer.EBRT is still controversial in some aspects of differentiated thyroid cancer.With the development of radiotherapy technology,improvement of equipment and accuracy,treatment complications caused by EBRT are significantly reduced.As a result,EBRT is valued again in the treatment of thyroid cancer,and its indications have been broadened.How to improve the curative effect and guarantee the quality of life becomes the focus of attention.EBRT may be an effective treatment for specific stage and pathological type of thyroid cancer.The multidisciplinary approach is expected to benefit more patients in the future.
