摘　　要：现有的物流网络体系评价手段难以保证物流网络体系评价的准确性,为此,有必要搭建多层次下的新型物流网络体系评价模型。文章针对物流网络体系进行技术评价,根据整体完备性、科学性、目标性、可测性、灵敏性和可操作性的原则,通过对评价指标的界定和指标权重的确定,完成对物流网络体系技术评价模型的搭建,最后以福建省惠安县农村物流网络现状为例,进行技术评价,为物流网络体系的完善提供依据。It is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the evaluation of logistics network system by the existing evaluation methods,so it is necessary to build a multi-level new logistics network system technology evaluation model.This paper is about the technical evaluation of logistics network system,according to the principles of overall completeness,scientificity,targetability,measurability,sensitivity and operability.Through the definition of the evaluation index and the determination of the index weight,the establishment of the logistics network system technology evaluation model is completed.Finally,taking the present situation of rural logistics network in Hui'an county,Fujian province as an example,this paper makes a technical evaluation,and provides a basis for the improvement of logistics network system in the future.
