摘  要:微生物实验是生物工程专业的专业基础实践课程,具有基础性、技术性和应用性等特征,是培养学生专业实践能力的基石。基于新工科和工程教育认证对高等教育人才培养提出的新要求,本文通过微生物实验课程体系、实验实践教学体系和过程评价体系的创新构建,阐述了微生物实验课程的教学改革与实践。通过实验教学改革与实践,不仅提升了微生物实验课程的教学效果,也培养了学生对专业知识的自主学习能力、理解创新能力和应用实践能力。Microbiology experiment is a professional basic practice course for Bioengineering majors.It has basic,technical and applied characteristics,and is the cornerstone of cultivating students'professional practical ability.Based on the new requirements for the training of higher education talents in the new engineering and engineering education accreditation,the teaching reform and practice on Microbiology experiment course were expounded through the innovative construction of the microbiology experimental curriculum system,experimental practice teaching system and process evaluation system.Through the reform and practice on experimental teaching,not only the teaching effect of Microbiology experiment course was improved,but also students'independent learning ability,understanding innovation ability and practical application ability were cultivated.
