摘 要:面对我国电力系统调峰压力日益严峻以及核电快速发展的现况,迫切需要调用核电机组的调峰能力。为此提出考虑核电机组调峰的联合市场机制,将电能量市场和调峰市场的2种市场竞价相结合;继而基于分档分方式运行模式和“错位相当”调峰档报价机制的设计,构建考虑核电机组调峰的双市场经济调度模型,提出了价格和机组出力共同主导的二次计算出清方法,既缓解了核电机组调峰服务性能和安全性之间的矛盾,又避免了单一市场同类机组的出清绝对优势,实现了火电机组与核电机组的最优联合发电调度;最后采用IEEE 39节点算例系统,验证了所提机制和模型的有效性。Facing the increasing pressure on the power system peak regulation in China and the rapid development of nuclear power,it’s urgent to invoke peak regulation capability of the nuclear power unit.This paper proposes a joint market mechanism considering nuclear power peak regulation which combines two markets including the electric energy market and the peak regulation market.Based on the design of the segmentation operating mode and the“dislocation equivalence”bidding mechanism,the paper constructs a dual-market economic dispatching model considering nuclear power unit peak regulation and puts forward a secondary calculation clearing method led by the price and unit output.The model can both alleviate the contradiction between the performance and safety of the nuclear power peak regulation,and avoid the absolute clearing advantage of the same kinds of units in the single market,which has realized optimal jointly power generation scheduling of the thermal and the nuclear power units.Finally,it verifies the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism and the model by the IEEE 39-node example system.
