摘　　要：在能源互联网和电力体制改革的双重推动下,电网公司如何通过转型突破发展瓶颈是其面临的主要问题。为此,运用优势、劣势、机遇、挑战(strength,weakness,opportunity,threat,SWOT)模型对电网公司在优势、劣势、机遇、挑战等方面进行分析,在此基础上,从精益化管理、数字化转型和构建生态体系上提出了电网公司的发展策略。首先电网公司在主营业务利润空间被压缩的情况下,应主动拓展新兴业务,寻找新的利润增长点,电网公司的投资成本将面临更加严格的监管,应改变原来的粗放式管理模式,采用精益化管理,从投资理念和规划方式等方面加强对成本的管控;其次电网公司在向数字化转型的过程中,要改变以往的重资产投资模式,围绕客户需求和业务需求不断挖掘数据价值,未来的能源市场将会更加多元和更加开放,电网公司需要以开放的心态投入到未来能源体系的建设中,联合上下游企业和新兴企业共同打造能源互联网商业生态体系。With a dual promotion of the energy internet and the electric power system reform,it is a main problem for the power grid companies breaking through development bottleneck by means of transformation.This paper uses the SWOT model to analyze the problems of strength,weakness,opportunity and threat of the power grid companies.Meanwhile,it proposes the development strategy in aspects of lean management,digital transformation and ecosystem construction.It proposes that the power grid companies should expand newly-developing business and seek for new profit increasing points under the condition of compressed main operation income space.In view of that the investment cost of the power grid companies are facing more serious supervision,it suggest to change primary extensive management mode,adopt lean management and strengthen cost control in terms of investment philosophy and planning ways.Secondly,in the process of digital transformation,it proposes the power grid companies should change the past investment mode focusing on assets,try to excavate data values continuously based on demands of the customers and business.Under the background of more multivariant and opening of the future energy energy market,it considers the power grid companies are required to participate in construction of the future energy system with opening attitude and create the enrey internet business ecosystem by uniting the upstream and downstream enterprises and new-developing enterprises.
