摘  要:选用钛酸酯偶联剂对纳米载银二氧化钛粉末进行改性,并研究其对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)片材性能的影响。利用包括傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)在内的多种技术手段表征了改性前后的粉末,观察了片材断面内粉末的分散度,并用接触角测量仪判断片材表面亲水性情况。研究结果表明:钛酸酯偶联剂NDZ-201添加量为2%时,改性纳米载银二氧化钛粉体表面亲油化度可达到60%以上;FTIR证明NDZ-201以化学键的形式接枝在粉体表面。同时,XRD表明改性没有导致粉末内部发生结构变化。随钛酸酯偶联剂添加量增多,片材的疏水性增强。改性后粉末的分散性及其与HDPE的相容性得到了明显改善。Surface modification of nano-TiO2/Ag^+particles with titanate coupling agent and its effect on the properties of composite high density polyethylene(HDPE)sheets were studied.Several advanced techniques including Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)were used to characterize and analyze the unmodified and modified nano-TiO2/Ag^+particles.Dispersion of the powders in the sheet was also carefully observed,and the hydrophilic property of the sheet was evaluated.Results showed that the lipophilic degree of the modified nano-TiO_2/Ag^+powder can be more than 60%when the titanate coupling agent NDZ-201 was added by 2%.FTIR investigation indicated that the titanate coupling agent can be chemically bonded on the surface of nano-TiO2/Ag^+.Moreover,structure characterization showed that the modification did not lead to structural changes of the powder.Hydrophobic property of the composite HDPE sheet was enhanced with the increase in content of added nano-TiO2/Ag^+.It is further concluded that the dispersability of nano-TiO2/Ag^+powder and its compatibility with HDPE have been significantly improved after the modification.
