摘 要:本文针对Fe3Al基复合摩阻材料的摩擦磨损行为进行综述。结果表明,掺杂有助于提高Fe3Al基体性能,如添加Cr、Zr、B、Cu、Ni等合金元素可提高韧性、消除孔隙或强化晶界;添加TiC、Al2O3等硬质质点和碳纳米管则可提高硬度、强度和耐磨性。影响Fe3Al基复合摩阻材料摩擦磨损行为的主要因素有环境温度、摩擦载荷、摩擦速率和摩擦副的相对硬度等。进一步对比分析发现,当摩擦副的相对硬度相似时,即便材料体系不同,摩擦磨损行为也可能极为相似;反之,即便材料体系相同,摩擦磨损行为却可能完全不同。这说明摩擦副的相对硬度可能是影响摩擦学行为的关键。Tribological behavior of Fe3Al based composite friction materials was reviewed in this paper.Previous results show that the adulterants can help improve the properties of the Fe3Al matrix composites.Cr,Zr,B,Cu,Ni can improve the toughness,and eliminate the pores and strengthen the grain boundaries;TiC and Al2O3,etc hard particles and carbon nanotubes can improve the hardness,strength and wear resistance.Main factors that affect the tribological behaviors of Fe3Al based composite friction materials are the ambient temperature,load,velocity of friction and relative hardness of the two counterparts.Further comparative analyses indicate that when the relative hardness of the two counterparts are similar,the friction and wear behaviors may be remarkable resemblance even if the material system is different;on the other hand,although the material system is similar,the friction and wear behaviors may be totally different.Thus the relative hardness of two counterparts can be regarded as the key factor for the tribological behaviors.
